Real-Time Booking ToolWoolworths Q-TrackerIn response to COVID-19's "social distancing" safety measures, I had the opportunity to work closely with Woolworths to build a real-time booking tool that allows customers to view store queue lengths to avoid busy periods, save time and shop safely.

Rebrand + Website RedesignAvenue BankI redesigned GoBank's website to its new brand, Avenue Bank. The improved product offering provides Australian businesses more flexible ways to free up cash flow. My role led the UX/UI design and creative direction.

Parking Booking System'Drive Up' prototype'Drive Up' is a frictionless, paperless, tap-to-pay booking system that allows non-registered users the ability to drive up to a boom gate, book and pay for parking with a digital receipt. I conducted research, workshopped user stories with stakeholders, developed user flows, interactive prototypes and presented UX recommendations.
